Steven Pollock is a California registered Civil Engineer, who has a knack for leading a team and providing results.
Steven spent the first decade of his career as a Land Development Engineer & Project Manager, where he cultivated invaluable skills managing complex CEQA and entitlement projects, phased projects, and development of retail shopping centers. Steven has also had the unique experience of overseeing a national tenant’s west coast expansion program, where he managed all consultants and coordinated the projects from due diligence all the way through tenant store opening. A master in due diligence, permit processing, and entitlement strategy, Steven is uniquely suited to assisting tenants in getting their business open quickly and within budget and is passionate about finding creative ways to maximize space and tweak designs to fit tenants’ needs. Steven is leading the charge for the Development Management services to tenants who are in need of a strong leader to pioneer their rollout program.
